Matt Nathanson will be joining Kelly Clarkson on a cross-country North American tour kicking off on January 15th, 2012 in Atlantic City, NJ. The three-month run will wrap in San Diego, CA in April. Additional headlining tour dates will be announced in the coming weeks.
Matt Nathanson has been on the road for much of 2011 in support of his new album, Modern Love, out now on Vanguard Records. Nathanson debuted the album’s latest single, “Run” featuring Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush of Sugarland in an electrifying performance on the 45th annual CMA Awards. This has been a stellar year for Nathanson and his new album, Modern Love, which debuted at #17 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart and #1 on the iTunes Pop Album Chart. He has appeared on numerous television shows including the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Conan, Fox and Friends, VH1’s Big Morning Buzz Live, Good Day New York, Lopez Tonight and the Gayle King Show. He was a recent guest on the Howard Stern Show and Billy Bush’s nationally syndicated radio program. “Faster,” the first single from Modern Love, reached Top 5 at Triple A, Top 15 at Hot AC and Top 30 at CHR/Pop Radio.
